On Tues 9th October we held our annual Harvest Supper. It was a brilliant night enjoyed by 36 people. The wholesome Blind Scouse soup we feasted on was made by our amazing resident super chef Roy Robinson.
After we had eaten, Tony Carr with great enthusiasm auctioned our harvest produce. It was great fun and everyone was very generous! A donation from the proceeds will be made to the Childrens Society.
Many thanks to all who brought harvest gifts and supported our Harvest Supper. It was a wonderful time of fellowship and thanksgiving. We will continue to enjoy Roy's special healthy soups every Tuesday at 12.30pm up until advent. Everyone is welcome to join us and I look forward to seeing you.
God Bless,
Love Sharron
